The Executive Committee meets four times each year and is chaired by the Foundation President. The committee includes the Vice President, Secretary/Treasurer, Immediate Past President and Scholarship Committee Chair

The Finance Committee members oversee, supervise and make recommendations to the Board regarding the investment, allocation and disbursement of the corporation’s financial assets.

The Committee meets annually to select recipients for all the endowed scholarships provided by the Foundation.

This committee plans and executes fundraising events for student scholarships and programs at Mendocino College.
